Click here for automatic measurement>Go to technical information>A disc fatigue tester is a fatigue test in which compression deformation and tensile deformation are repeatedly applied alternately at high speed to rubber test specimens embedded with fiber cords or steel cords.
A test specimen is attached between two opposing discs, and the specimen is compressed, stretched, and deformed by rotating the disc axis at an angle.
Generally, after this test, the adhesive strength (pull-out force) between the rubber and the cord is measured.
Note that the number of test specimens that can be measured at one time is 24.
- Test speed (disk rotation speed): 1000 to 3000 rpm variable
- Disc Spacing: 25.4 mm
- Test temperature: room temperature+20~150℃
