The FT-1200 series flexometer measures the heat generation characteristics when a static load and dynamic vibration is applied to the vulcanized rubber test piece. Tests can be performed by constant load control or by constant strain control. The tester also supports blowout tests.

Unlike conventional flexometers, this tester can directly measure the temperature inside the test piece in real time during the test using a special temperature sensor. In addition, viscoelastic parameters (E', E ", tanδ, etc.) can be measured at the same time as heat generation measurement. The fully automatic type can perform continuous tests of up to 30 pieces.
